QBench Feature Roundup - Late October

What’s New:

  • Default Assay Report Types You can now choose a default report type for your assays. You can choose a default for Order, Sample, and Test level reports
  • Panels You can now add a count for each assay in a panel. This allows you to have duplicate tests when assigning a panel to a sample.
  • Object Fields
  • You can now group fields together into sections. Fields in the same group will appear as a collapsible accordion in the detail pages
  • Additional fields can now be deleted. WARNING: Deleting an additional field will erase all data for that field permanently.
  • Email Attachment Size Check Users will now get an error notification if they attempt to send an email with a total attachment size greater than 10MB. Previously emails with attachments larger than 10MB would fail without letting the user know.
  • Order, Sample, and Test Cloning
  • You can now create copies of orders, samples, and tests.
  • Cloning an Order will give you the options to also clone samples and tests.
  • Cloning a Sample will give you the options to disassociate order and to also clone tests.
  • Cloning a Test will give you the option to keep the existing worksheet version if it is outdated.
  • Per use per module subscription Users must now be explicitly subscribed to a module in order to use them (Applies to QMS, Inventory, Billing, Worksheets).
  • QMS Equipment
  • Field configuration has been added for Equipment.
  • You can now create a record for equipment usage on a test.
  • Worksheets
  • Worksheets can now be exported to a CSV file.
  • Worksheet configurations now support a default condition value in condition tags. If the condition does not have a value, it will default to an additional tag value called “default_condition_value”.
  • Invoices
  • View analytic graphs about your invoice data. This includes Gross Revenue, Unpaid Invoices, and Overdue Invoices.
  • Sample information is now listed in a tab on the invoice detail page.
  • Label Printing
  • Ability to print sample labels has been added to the sample list page.
  • You can now print labels for projects. Project labels can be printed from the project list page.

QoL / Bug Fixes

  • Assay condition filtering now includes an and/or option
