QBench March 16th, 2025 Product Release Notes

From enhanced integrations to improved usability, this release brings several customer-driven enhancements to QBench.

Are you a QBench customer with ideas for new features? We’d love to hear them. Use the "Submit Feedback" link in your user dropdown menu to submit your ideas and vote on feature requests. The requests with the most votes get considered first in our roadmap planning.

What’s New:

Customer Requests (You asked, we delivered!)

  • Sync Customers to a CRM: Sync Customers from QBench to CRMs like Salesforce. Hubspot and others coming soon. See details below.
  • Sync Contacts to a CRM: Sync Contacts from QBench to CRMs like Salesforce. Hubspot and others coming soon. See details below.
  • Import Excel Conditional Formatting into Dynamic Worksheets: Preserve Excel’s conditional formatting when importing into QBench. See details below.
  • Freeze Field Name Headers for Samples Section of Order Details page: Keep field headers visible when scrolling through sample lists. See details below.
  • Enable/Disable Specific Parts of Accounting Sync: Customize which aspects of accounting data are synchronized. See details below.

Integrations

  • Sync Customers to a CRM: QBench now supports one-way syncing of Customers to CRMs, making Customer management easier. The first two integrations are Salesforce (this release) and HubSpot (next release). Talk to your Technical Account Manager or contact customersuccess@qbench.com if you’re interested in adding one of these integrations or syncing data to a different CRM.
  • Sync Contacts to a CRM: QBench now supports one-way syncing of Contacts to CRMs, making Contact management easier. The first two integrations are Salesforce (this release) and HubSpot (next release). Talk to your Technical Account Manager for more details.
  • Configure Specific Data Fields to Sync to Integrations: Administrators can now select which fields are included in CRM and Accounting integration syncs, allowing greater flexibility and control over data transfer between QBench and external systems.
  • Enable/Disable Specific Parts of Accounting Sync: Users can now toggle which accounting data syncs between QBench and external accounting systems, improving control over financial data management.

Dynamic Worksheets

  • Import Excel Conditional Formatting into Dynamic Worksheets: When importing Excel files, QBench will now import conditional formatting rules. No more manually adjusting imported spreadsheet styles!

Orders

  • Freeze Field Name Headers for Samples Section of Order Details page: Users can now keep sample field headers visible when scrolling through the Order Details/Receiving page. This helps maintain context when reviewing large datasets.
