Are you a QBench customer with ideas for new features? We’d love to hear them. Use the "Submit Feedback" link in your user dropdown menu to submit your ideas and vote on feature requests. The requests with the most votes get considered in our roadmap planning.

What’s New:

Features from Customer Requests (You asked, we delivered!)

  • An Order confirmation email is now sent when submitting an Order Request via the Customer Portal V2.
  • You can now update an Order's "Additional Customers" field from a Test or Order Automation. See below for more details.
  • Superscript and Subscript buttons are now available on the rich text field toolbar.
  • Billing Admins using the QuickBooks Online integration can now specify that an Invoice can be paid online. See below for more details.
  • Teams are now available on Equipment. See below for more details.
  • You can now trigger a Samples Received Email for Orders/Samples Submitted through the Customer Portal.

Customer Portal V2

  • An Order confirmation email is now sent when submitting an Order Request via the Customer Portal V2.
  • We removed pricing details from the Customer Portal V2 when the Billing subscription is not active.

Automations

  • You can now update an Order's "Additional Customers" field from a Test or Order Automation. This allows you to add a Customer to an Order based on specific triggers.

Rich Text Fields

  • Superscript and Subscript buttons are now available on the rich text field toolbar.

Billing & Invoices

  • Billing Admins using the QuickBooks Online integration can now specify that an Invoice is allowed to be paid online w/ ACH, IPN Payment, Credit Card Payment, or Online Payment. This allows your QuickBooks Online Invoices to include payment links and be paid online. See our guide here for more details.

Equipment

  • Teams are now available on Equipment. This allows you to assign Teams to specific pieces of Equipment and only the Technicians assigned to that Team can access that Equipment. Admin, Manager, and Support roles can still access all Equipment.

Emails

  • You can now trigger a Samples Received Email for Orders/Samples Submitted through the Customer Portal.

Dynamic Worksheets

  • Batch-level Dynamic Spreadsheets are now available.
