What’s New:

Features from Customer Requests (You asked, we delivered!)

  • You can now bulk import Assays from the Assay list page. See below for more details.
  • Inactive Worksheets on the Worksheets list page now have a gray background/row. See below for more details.
  • You can now set your Customer Portal V2 Orders page to collapse Sample information by default or collapse Sample and Test information by default. See below for more details.
  • Your customers can now easily navigate between pages of the Order Request form in the Customer Portal V2. See below for more details.
  • You can now update Dynamic Worksheet data using in-app Automations. See below for more details.

File Parsers

  • You can now trigger a Coded File Parser when an Order Attachment is uploaded.

Assays

  • You can now bulk import Assays from the Assay list page. This allows you to easily import your entire testing catalog into QBench.

Worksheets

  • Custom QBench Formulas now work in the new Dynamic Worksheets.
  • You can now create date/datetime cells in Dynamic Worksheets.
  • Inactive Worksheets on the Worksheets list page now have a gray background/row and are ordered to appear at the bottom of the list. This makes it easier to identify whether a Worksheet is active or inactive.

Automations

  • You can now update Dynamic Worksheet data using in-app Automations. This allows you to easily move data from a Batch to a Test worksheet or perform other automations; no programming skills are required.

Customer Portal V2

  • You can now set your Customer Portal V2 Orders page to collapse Sample information by default. Hiding the Test information for each sample on the Orders page makes it easier to scroll quickly through all the Orders on the page.
  • You can now set your Customer Portal V2 Orders page to collapse Order information by default. Hiding the Sample and Test information on the Orders makes it easier to quickly scroll through all the Orders on the page.
  • Your customers can now easily navigate between pages of the Order Request form in the Customer Portal V2. This makes it much easier to jump to the relevant page when a Request is kicked back for a revision, as the customer no longer needs to walk through each page of the request form in sequence.

Quality of Life Enhancements / Bug Fixes

  • We fixed a display issue for Rich Text Fields in the Customer Portal.
  • We fixed an issue where updating a Dynamic Worksheet in the API with an empty payload resulted in a successful response.
  • We fixed a pagination issue in the API when retrieving Assays.
  • We fixed an issue where Sample and Inventory attachment modals did not display the new “action” dropdown.
  • We fixed an issue where loading a Log Entry failed because it switched from a QWML Worksheet to a Spreadsheet Worksheet.

A special treat for those of you who read all the way here: What did the scientist say to her new puppy? Are you made of Copper and Tellurium? Because you're Cu-Te!
