QBench Awarded Best Results Badge, Best Relationship Badge, and More in G2’s Fall 2023 LIMS Category Reports
G2, the world’s largest and most trusted software marketplace, awarded QBench five badges in their Fall 2023 Reports for the LIMS category. G2’s reports continue to showcase our deep commitment to offering customers a best-in-class product and top-tier support.
Similar to our Summer 2023 update, we're thrilled to share our progress in the rankings. Since early in 2023, QBench has moved from the 12th spot on G2's default sort to the 3rd/4th spot (depending on the month) in the overall segment and consistently in the 1st spot for the Small Business segment. QBench earned these awards by receiving positive reviews from verified customers.

QBench Wins Best Results Badge in LIMS Category
We're exceptionally proud of our new Best Results badge because of what it represents – that we’re creating the best outcomes and Return on Investment (ROI) in the market. G2 creates its Results Index from estimated return on investment, meets requirements, user adoption, and likelihood to recommend data.
G2 states: “Software buyers can compare products in the LIMS category according to their Results scores to streamline the buying process and quickly identify the products that produce the best results based on the experiences of their peers.”
QBench Wins Best Relationship Badge in Small-Business Relationship Index
We’re also excited to highlight our new Best Relationship badge. We can assure you that our relationships with our mid-market and enterprise customers are just as good – we just haven’t gotten as many of them to write us reviews yet.
G2 creates their Relationship Index from ratings on ease of doing business with, quality of support, and likelihood to recommend. They state: “Software buyers can compare products in the LIMS category according to their Relationship scores to streamline the buying process and quickly identify the products that provide the best relationship with software sellers based on the experiences of their peers.”
Reviewers Believe QBench Product is Going in the Right Direction
We believe QBench's pace of product development is unparalleled. We're releasing product enhancements multiple times per month, whereas many LIMS vendors release once or twice per year. Some only release every other year.
G2 asks reviews if they believe the product is going in the right direction. We're delighted to report that reviewers unanimously agree that the QBench product is going in the right direction and that a significant percentage of them are likely to recommend QBench to others.
