In this role, you'll work directly with customers to implement and support QBench. A scientific background and laboratory experience are essential. You'll guide customers through configuration, training, and project management to ensure quick and effective adoption. By proactively managing accounts, you'll enhance customer retention. Our customers love our TAMs because they are trusted, value-add advisors. TAMs often help a lab see and take advantage of opportunities to adjust their workflows to make their lab operations more efficient.

With multiple record sales quarters in a row, we are looking for exceptional talent that will continue to fuel our rocket ship to new heights. You are a natural at building relationships. You have a knack for getting strangers to share personal stories with you. You know how to diagnose business problems and suggest the right solutions. You love to hunt for new business, and you believe that you can close any good-fit customer if you are given the chance. You love to get into the details of the product so you can connect a prospect’s pain points directly to how the product addresses those. You’re not afraid to talk ROI with executives because you always do the work to understand how the product you’re selling will impact their businesses.
