What’s New:

Confident Cannabis Sync:

  • Users are now able to delete Orders and Samples synced from Confident Cannabis
  • Users are now able to see internal fields related to Confident Cannabis in the UI and filter by them (i.e. Confident Cannabis ID)
  • Developers are now able to use the API to only query entities synced from Confident Cannabis
  • Developers are now able to see internal fields related to Confident Cannabis in the API JSON response
  • Developers are now able to query Orders and Samples by Confident Cannabis fields via the API

Customer Portal:

  • Customer Portal users are now able to upload Samples via an Excel Spreadsheet when creating an Order Request
  • Customer Portal users are now able to create a new Source when creating an Order Request

Sources:

  • Users are now able to associate Customers to a Source
  • Administrators are now able to rename the Sources workflow name

Billing:

  • Users are now able to specify a “Check Number” on a Payment
  • Customer Portal users can now see their balance on the Customer Portal
  • Customer Portal users can now see a list of outstanding Invoices

API:

  • Developers are now able to query Orders by Additional Fields
  • Developers are now able to query Samples by Additional Fields

Inventory:

  • Users are now able to export Inventory Items/Stock to a spreadsheet

Email Templates:

  • Administrators are now able to edit the “Comment Published to Customer Portal” email

QoL / Bug Fixes

  • Added a “Total Count” tracker in each list page (e.g. Order List Page or Sample List Page)
  • Added a filter option for “Accessioning Types” on the Samples List page and Tests List page
  • Added permissions specific to Deviations
  • Added missing “Turnaround” field to the Assay’s “Default to Test” tab
  • Users are now immediately logged out of all current sessions when account is deactivated
  • Clicking on a Sample from the Order Logging Page now applies a filter for the current Order ID for pagination
  • Optimized the “Confident Cannabis Customer” dropdown field on the Customer Detail Page so it can retrieve more than 100 Customers
  • Orders are now pre-filtered by last 7 days when selecting a Customer for a multi-order Invoice
  • The Tests and Samples tabs are now paginated on the Batch Detail page to prevent long load times when many Tests or Samples are added to a Batch
  • Fixed issue with Test Spreadsheet Upload not capturing IP address in Activity Log
  • Fixed entity workflow renaming input not being sanitized upon save
  • Fixed QMS Documents not capturing initial upload date
  • Various UI/UX improvements and fixes
