  • Custom Templates for Plate Loading: Design custom templates to streamline plate setup. See details below.
  • Order Comments Custom Action Button: Add a custom action button for Order Comments to send out SNS messages. See details below.
  • Edit Sources in Customer Portal: Enable portal users to adjust Sources directly. See details below.
  • Source Permissions for Customer Portal v2: Configure granular permissions for Portal users to manage specific Sources. See details below.
  • Order Comment SNS Message Notifications: Automatically send SNS notifications for Order comment events. See details below.

Order Comment Enhancements

  • Order Comments Custom Action Button: Adds the option to add custom action buttons for Order comments. This can be used to integrate with 3rd party systems.
  • Order Comment SNS Message Notifications: QBench will send SNS notifications for Order Comments. This can be used to integrate with 3rd party systems.

Customer Portal v2

  • Edit Sources in Customer Portal: Empowers portal users to edit Sources for their Samples directly, improving data management.
  • Source Permissions for Customer Portal v2: Adds granular controls for limiting what Sources can be viewed or managed by portal users, improving security and governance.

Dynamic Worksheets

  • Ignore Empty Rows for Rendering in Reports: Allows rendered worksheets to ignore rows with no values in any cell, reducing clutter and ensuring concise Report outputs.
