QBench February 23rd, 2025 Product Release Notes

From more powerful bulk operations to a smoother UX to adding more integrations, this release makes workflows faster and smoother for you and your customers.

What’s New:

Customer Requests (You asked, we delivered!)

• CRM Integrations (Coming Soon): New integrations to Salesforce, HubSpot, and other CRMs. See details below.
• Public Print Doc Links: You can now generate a public link for an Order, Sample, Test, or Batch Print Doc, enabling easier sharing of Print Doc information with external collaborators. See details below.
• Clone Order Attachments: You can now Clone Order Attachments when cloning Orders. See details below.
• Dynamic Worksheet Save Prompt: ‘Are you sure you want to leave?’ prompt on on Worksheets. See details below.
• Filter on Additional Fields for Issues: Filter on Additional Fields added to the Issue data type from the Issues page. See details below.
• Bulk Order Attachment Uploads: Upload Order Attachments in bulk. See details below.
• Updating named cells via APIv2 in Worksheets: Update Named Cells via APIv2. See details below.

Integrations

• CRM Integrations: We’ll soon introduce a new Salesforce CRM sync (with others coming soon), making it easier to connect with Salesforce in just a few clicks. Contact your Technical Account Manager or customersuccess@qbench.com if you’re interested in participating in the beta release.
• Salesforce Field Mapping: The CRM Field Mapping library lets admins define mappings between QBench and Salesforce fields. As always, easy configuration and flexibility are the name of the game at QBench.
• Unidirectional CRM Sync Option: Sync Customers from QBench to Salesforce, allowing seamless data flow and reducing manual data entry.

Print Docs

• Public Print Doc Links: Users can now generate a public link for an Order, Sample, Test, or Batch Print Document, allowing external stakeholders to access Print DocOrder details without requiring a QBench login.

Orders & Attachments

• Bulk Order Attachment Uploads: Added the ability to bulk upload Order Attachments when selecting more than one Order on the Order list page.
• Clone Order Attachments: You can now clone all current Order Attachments to a newly-cloned Order when leveraging the 'Clone Order' button on the Order detail page.

Dynamic Worksheets

• Dynamic Worksheet Save Prompt: Added an ‘Are you sure you want to leave?’ prompt to prevent accidental loss of work when navigating away from an active Dynamic Worksheet.

QMS

• Filter on Additional Fields for Issues: You can filter on Additional Fields added to the Issue data type from the Issues page.

API v2

• Updating Named Cells via API v2 in Worksheets: Added support for updating Named Cells via the API v2 for Test Worksheets.
