New year, new release! But have no fear—in typical QBench fashion, this one’s built around your ideas and needs. From enhanced Customer Portal controls to improved API endpoints and streamlined Dynamic Worksheets, this release delivers updates that speed up workflows and enhance flexibility.

What’s New:

Customer Requests (You asked, we delivered!)

• Display Announcements in Customer Portal v2: Add announcements to contacts tied to a Customer in the Customer Portal. See details below.
• Fill Field Sets using Dynamic Worksheets: From the Tests list page, check all the tests to fill Dynamic Worksheet fields by using Field Sets. See details below.
• Quotation Filtering in APIv2: Retrieve and filter Quotations by dates using APIv2. See details below.
• Test Settings in Customer Portal v2: Control test-level settings, including enabling/disabling test editing. See details below.
• Delinquent Customer Checkbox: Track delinquent Customers with a new option. See details below.
• Paginated Quotation Endpoint in APIv2: Access paginated lists of Quotations for easier data navigation. See details below.

Customer Portal v2

• Announcements for Contacts: Admins can now configure and display announcements for specific contacts tied to a Customer in the Customer Portal v2. These announcements can be used for reminders, instructions, or alerts, ensuring Customers see important details directly in the portal instead of relying on external emails or phone calls.
• Delinquent Customer Checkbox: Adding a "Delinquent" checkbox on Customers simplifies managing overdue accounts. This feature allows Administrators to flag Customers as delinquent, making it easier to block the creation of Orders on delinquent accounts, track those accounts, and prioritize follow-ups on accounts behind on payments.
• Test-Level Settings: The Customer Portal v2 now supports granular controls for managing Tests. Admins can enable or disable Tests and configure whether Customers can edit Tests. This functionality supports workflows requiring strict data visibility and integrity control, ensuring Customers only see and interact with approved Tests.

Dynamic Worksheets

• Fill Field Sets containing Dynamic Worksheet fields: Users can now fill Dynamic Worksheet data directly within Field Sets. From the Tests list page, check all the tests to fill a Field Set containing Dynamic Worksheet fields. Worksheets with multiple tabs are even supported.

API v2

• Paginated Quotation Endpoint: A new endpoint in APv2 allows integrators to retrieve paginated lists of Quotations. This enhancement includes the ability to filter by certain date fields on the Quotation. Seamlessly integrate this endpoint into your workflows to optimize data access and streamline operational processes.
