Analytics - Basic, Plus, and Pro!
- Test Worksheet data in Analytics: You can now use Test Worksheet data in your dashboards and visualizations within the Analytics module. Both individual named cells and matrix-style named ranges are supported, with data available as value, numeric_value, and date_value where applicable. This unlocks deeper analysis of results captured in Dynamic Worksheets and enables you to build dashboards with worksheet-derived insights. This currently includes Test-level worksheet data only; sample level worksheet data is not included.
- Pin dashboard to homepage: Embed a dashboard directly on the QBench home screen using the “Set as home” option. The embedded dashboard includes a “Go to Dashboard” button to launch the full version.
- New dashboard menu: You can now copy links or duplicate dashboards using a new three-dot menu in the Analytics module. This makes it easier to share dashboards with teammates or spin off customized views from existing ones.
Customer Portal
- Auto-follow Orders for public comments: CPv2 users now have a new “Auto-follow new Orders” setting under “Following Preferences.” When enabled, this setting automatically adds them as followers on new Orders related to Customers they’re assigned to—ensuring they receive email alerts when comments are posted.
- Assay title in exports: Exports from both CPv2 and CPv1 now include the Assay title, shown next to the Test ID. The column label reflects the custom Workflow display name. This update helps customers better interpret exported data.
