  • Image Attachment Thumbnails: Preview image thumbnails on attachments. See details below.
  • Images in Dynamic Worksheets: Images supported in Dynamic Worksheets. See details below.
  • Batch Locking Automation: Lock Batches via an Automation. See details below.
  • Spreadsheet Attachments in Customer Portal v2: Spreadsheet attachments now supported. See details below.

Attachments

  • Image Attachment Thumbnails: You can now see thumbnails of image attachments wherever you can see attachment lists in the app. This allows you to quickly preview images without downloading each file, making it much easier to scan a large number of photos.

Dynamic Worksheets

  • Images in Dynamic Worksheets: You can now add images directly into Dynamic Worksheets, providing richer data representation.

Automations & Batches

  • Batch Locking Automation: You can now automate Batch locking through in-app automation triggers, ensuring critical steps in your workflow remain secure and preventing unwanted modifications after Batch completion. Admins can configure this Automation to enhance process control.

Customer Portal

  • Spreadsheet Attachments in Customer Portal v2: Customer Portal users can now upload spreadsheet file types. The Excel (.xlsx), CSV (.csv), TSV (.tsv), and Numbers (.numbers) formats. This makes it easier to share relevant information beyond photos and PDFs.

v2 API

  • v2 API Last Updated Timestamp: The v2 API now includes a "last_updated" timestamp for Test records, enabling users to easily track when records were last modified. This improvement enhances integration efficiency by providing clear data update histories.
